Postpartum Support
Includes use of bespoke herbal remedies I take with me (oils, tinctures, teas).
Offering bodywork while you rest in bed, help around the home, support with baby, breastfeeding, making you something to drink/eat, a listening ear.
Per Hour — £30
2 hour minimum for at home support.
10 hour block = £270
+Travel if further than North Uist or Benbecula.
Bodywork
Postpartum massage (60 mins) — £50
Done in the comfort of your own home, using bespoke warming or herbal infused oils.
Food Deliveries
Fresh food and drink bundles, delivered to your home. All created with a new mother in mind - nourishing, nutrient dense, easily digested & warming for the body.
Available stand alone to my postpartum support.
